Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times are separate from carrier transit times. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Locations

Lunéva currently ships within the Canadian provinces.

At this time, we do not ship to Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut.

Estimated Delivery

Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier service selected by Lunéva.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, service interruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Lunéva’s control may occur.

Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information once their order has been prepared for shipment. Please allow time for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
